This week the Sim will be featuring Breeder’s Bowl preps far and wide with connections hoping to dial in their steed for the big day in the not to distant future.

“The Roberto Clemente ” will shine the spotlight on the older turf division with nine entries into this wide open G1 750,000 affair going ten panels featuring returning champion “Flab Bay”.

Last year Flab Bay and connections puka strolled into town and baffled the punters as he was let go at a fat 16-1 !!!! That day Flab Bay took down the returning champ “The Eskajesty ” who ran lights out to get second as the returning king. Today we will see if Flab Bay can have some of the same moxie and possibly do one better repeating as champion.

The Eskajesty has again returned to try and retrieve what connection meguire4th thinks is rightfully his. Meguire4th stated that his horse really likes the firm going on the California track and thinks he’ll run big today. Last year we came up just a bit short so I’m looking to turn the tables on that big roan. I’m really excited beamed meguire4th.

Another who might have a say in the way this race plays out will be probable pace setter “Zablington . The connections want to see reasonable fraction so that Zablington can settle in. We got a great shot if he’s allowed to dictate the pace. I really think he’s going to get his race, the question will be is he good enough.

Another possible contender is Yankee Special shipping in from Europe for bsben5. Yankee Special who has been lightly raced this year has had seen a steady improvement in his past two races. Connections bsben5 stated that his son of Special Week has had a few physical problems this year but feels he has him straightened out the past few months…. He’s happy and training well, looking for a good showing. The connection were very happy to have sim legend F Gossett accept the riding chores.

The race will also see Playa Hata, Nubian Prince, Irish You Well, Quintas Maximus, and Nice Move Old Man round out the field of competitive older runners.
