1) wicked warrior
boots farm
i thomas                                   EVEN
Out of the boots farm is this five year old WICKED STRONG gelding. He has finished in the money in seventeen of his twenty-two career starts including nine wins and a recent streak of four in a row. The streak came to an end last time out when he was runner up at the ESR Kent State University Stakes where he ran 109 speed over a firm track that covered eleven furlongs. He returns to his favorite distance here and will be one of the favorites as he competes from the one hole.

2) secret santa pony

b soft                                        5/2
Out of the santafe farm is this four year old EXCEED AND EXCEL colt. He comes in off a third place finish at an allowance race where he ran impressive 111 speed but was beaten by six lengths. He makes his third Stakes start of the year here and hopes to find a spot on the board for the first time after fourth and ninth place finishes in the previous two. He should compete here and will be in the fight as they head for home down the stretch.

3) tribal colours
tatty3 farm
s tate                                        6/5

Out of the tatty3 farm is this five year old EPAULETTE stallion. He makes just his second Stakes start here despite an impressive resume that has seen him finish in the money in all but four of his twenty-five career starts. He makes his eighth straight start at this distance and over that span has won six and finished second once. He likes to go to the front early and challenge the field to catch him and hopes that strategy will serve him well today as the Jersey fans cheer him on as one of their favorites.

4) came the gold
alimitos6 farm
g giant                                      23/1

Out of the alimitos6 farm is this five year old CAMELOT stallion. He has finished in the money in just twelve of his thirty-one career starts. He made a big jump to Grade 2 last time out when he competed in the six furlong Duke of Mork which resulted in an eighth place finish. Two back he had a win at an allowance race where he ran 92 speed in another sprint. Ownership will try stretching him out here against this competitive field and unfortunately I think he will be overmatched.
